Are People Really That Stupid?

Okaaaay, about time to get back to regular posting . . .

I was watching the series premiere of "Lost" (which was pretty good, by the way) when the latest T-Mobile commercial popped up, the one where the guy jumps into the gorilla pen after he drops his cell phone and the gorilla starts making a call during peak hours. There is actually a little text on the bottom of the screen when he does this that says, "DO NOT ATTEMPT." Is there really a lawyer out there who thinks this is a feat likely to be replicated because of the commercial?
